Open Accessible respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our widget and services.
Data We Collect
- Widget preferences — Font size, contrast, and other accessibility settings are stored in your browser’s
localStorage. We do not receive this data. - Analytics (SAAS only) — When using a Site ID, we may collect anonymized usage data (hashed IP, user agent) to improve the service. No personally identifiable information is stored.
- Account data — Email, display name, and password (hashed) when you create an account.
- Support tickets — Name, email, and message content when you create a support ticket.
What We Don’t Do
We do not sell personal data. We do not track users across third-party sites for advertising. The widget runs entirely in the user’s browser.
